Question

Wrong Free Sumsung chromebook sent

I order the S25 with the free samsung tablet offer which I gave to my child.

The other day he came and told me he can’t write on it.

The promo showed a picture of a chromebook which can be folded and you can write with a stylus.

I have been sent the cheaper version of the chromebook.

Can someone please resolve this.

Thank you!

    Hi

I distinctly remember it was foldable also showing a stylus pen. Unfortunately I forgot to take a screenshot.

    Hi @mkshariff

Thank you for letting me know.

Kindly note that the only Chromebook promotion we offered directly with iD Mobile was for the Samsung Chromebook Go. We have not run any promotions for a foldable Chromebook or one that includes a stylus.

It’s possible that you may have seen a different offer on a third-party website, such as mobiles.co.uk, Carphone Warehouse, or MoneySavingExpert. Could you please confirm if this might be the case?
