I have a ID Mobile Sim and PAYG account on my Pixel phone. It currently has nearly £20 in credit. I can send and receive text messages fine I can get notifications and browse the internet at a decent speed. I can receive phone calls from my landline and my other mobile phone Yet, when I try to call out to another mobile phone or my landline, everytime I immediately get:- 'You Are Currently Unable To Make Calls, As You Are Out Of Calling Credit' Searched around, but can’t find anything. Thanks for reaching out. I understand your frustration, it sounds like your outgoing calls are being blocked even though your PAYG credit shows £20.

This can sometimes happen if your account has a temporary block or if there’s a technical issue with your SIM. Please try the following steps first:

Restart your phone.

Check your account balance in the iD Mobile app or online to confirm the credit is available for calls.

Remove and reinsert your SIM to refresh network connection.
