You keep cancelling my direct debit

Hi,

I you keep cancelling my direct debit. This has been happening for months now. I keep reinstating it, but after a couple of months, or sometimes less, you cancel it again and cut me off. There is always money in my account. I'm not sure what the problem is. I am concerned about this starting to affect my credit rating. Can you please advise?

We wouldn’t cancel the Direct Debit.

Have you spoken with your bank about this, what have they advised?
