Unlimited data fair usage policy

Hi. I currently have an ID Mobile plan with 9gb data and am looking into upgrading to a plan with unlimited data. Does the ID mobile unlimited data plan have a fair usage cap?

thanks in advance for your help

Hi @Pheonix Red Glad to here you are looking to upgrade with us, I can confirm that there is no fair usage policy for domestic usage. However, this does apply when roaming.

Thanks,

Emil

Hello @georgehud,

You can check this here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming/fair-usage-policy

If you’re referring to Fair Usage policy on Roaming.

If you mean in general, such as is Unlimited actually a set limit, then no, we do not have a Fair usage policy on data as far as I know.

Hi @Mohammed ,

I hope you’re well? I wanted to check on your wording in the last response.

You’ve said you do not have a Fair Usage policy on data as far as you know.

I hate to be a stickler but I need to have 100% confirmation as I’m going to probably buy another SIM to be my mobile hotspot. Can you please confirm absolutely that there is no contractual clause etc with a limit on non-roaming data?

Kind Regards,

Red
