1 month contract

I have a 1 month ID mobile rolling contract so that I can use my phone abroad using ID mobile roaming.

I did this for the first time last year and it worked great and saved me a fair amount of money that I would've been charged with my usual network.

My question is this, I cancelled the contract when I returned from holiday lady year but rather than cancelling and then setting up a new contract each time I go away can I just pause the 1 month rolling contract? Seems a waste of a number each time a return from a trip.

Thanks for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to pause any plans. These plans will continue on a monthly basis until they are cancelled, and there isn’t an option to temporarily suspend or “freeze” the plan between trips.
