£250 bonus advertised on app isnt available

Hello I upgraded today as it said on the app you get £250 cashback, when I've just gone on to look how to do this it ended last night as 11.59, please can someone get back to me on this as it shouldn't be on there if it's not vaild

Hi, I would also like an answer to this. I purchased a Samsung S26 contract within the promotion period. However, when claiming today via Samsung the offer isn't available. Could someone please provide some clarity and information how to access the £250 claims portal.

We're sorry for the confusion regarding the £250 cashback offer.

The offer terms stated that the device needed to be purchased by 06/10/2026 to qualify. As the promotion has now ended, it is no longer showing as available on the website.

If your upgrade order was completed on or before 06/10/2026, you can still make a claim. Claims can be submitted up until 05/11/2026 using the link below: https://samsungoffers.claims/AutumnUpgradeCashback

If the order was placed after the promotion end date, unfortunately the cashback offer would not be available.
