I ran out of data but have been charged £50. How do I find out what this is for?

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are having, if you have run out of data and have a bill cap in place, it may be that when you ran out of data, your services started working off of the bill cap in place.

 

Once you’ve exceeded your data limit, you will be charged £10.24 per MB used.

Actually it’s 10.24p, not £10.24p per MB.
