£99 Payment

Good afternoon,

I have just gone to upgrade my phone which I have received an email about it going ahead. I provided my bank details for the direct debit however I wanted to use a different card for the £99 payment. Am I able to change this so I can use an alternative card?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for any confusion regarding the payment for your upgrade.

As your upgrade has already been processed and you've received confirmation, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team to check whether the £99 upfront payment method can still be changed before the order is completed.

You can contact the Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be best placed to review your upgrade and advise whether an alternative card can be used for the £99 payment.
