Thank you for getting in touch.
You can easily check the start and end dates of your contract, as well as your SIM and mobile details, directly through the iD Mobile App.
To do this:
- Log in to the app
- Go to My Account or My Services
- Select your plan to view your contract start and end dates, as well as SIM and device information
