@Darren marker  You can try calling sale's or use the Live Chat and type in the message box To Speak to someone. An agent should get back to when available.

Important to know about closing/ cancelling an account. 

  • 30-day notice: You need to give at least 30 days' notice before your contract ends.
  • Early cancellation fee: You may have to pay an early cancellation fee if you end your contract before the minimum term is over.
  • Canceling direct debit: Simply canceling your direct debit will not cancel your contract. You must contact iD Mobile directly to cancel.
  • Keeping your number: To keep your number, request a PAC code from iD Mobile and give it to your new provider.
