about paying my bill

Good afternoon 

Sorry to be a pain but my bill is due to be paid on the 9/2/2026 but I don't get paid until the 13th would it be possible to pay it then please has I'm disabled and need my phone to contact family

If this is something that happens regularly, you also have the option to change your Direct Debit payment date so it better aligns with when you’re paid. You can do this by following the steps below:

How to change your Direct Debit payment date:

  • Log in at my.idmobile.co.uk
  • Go to Bills
  • Click Manage your payments
  • Select Change your payment date
  • Choose your new date, review the T&Cs, and click Submit

Please note:

  • Payments may be taken up to 3 working days after your chosen date
  • The change will apply from your next bill
  • Your billing cycle and allowances will adjust to the new date
