my grandmother has died and I would like to pay this months bill with next month's on the 22nd May and keep the phone on please

We understand your request to pay this month’s bill together with next months on May 22nd, and we want to ensure we support you in the best possible way. 

 

However, if the account is under your grandmother’s name, we would need to disconnect the account as the account holder is no longer with us. In such cases, the account can be transferred into bereavement status, and no payment will be required for the outstanding balance.
