Accidentally paid too much please help me with refund

Hi, I have accidentally overpaid my iD Mobile account and I currently have a £70 credit balance. I would like to request a refund of this amount and continue paying my monthly bills as normal. Could you please help me with this?

I need you to do the same. 
 

I missed direct debit yesterday of £81, so I paid manually. Now the same direct debit came out and charged me again.
