accusations of not paying my bill

ID mobile are trying to get me to pay 44 pounds for a miss payment, however ive been cahrged twice this month for 44 pound and have missed no previous payments. they are threatening legal action and they are very difficult to contact. my data and phone calls have also not been working the same. if there is somthings i haven't payed for i would be happy to pay it but if anything they charged me twice this month, and need to return the money.
