how do i stop an add-on? i keep getting a text message that my add-on for morocco ends tomorrow (every day for last week!) and i got back fron Morocco over a week ago! I’m worried I’m getting billed for something i only signed up for a week for

The best way to stop any unexpected costs is to set your bill cap to the £ of your monthly plan.
To do this:-

 

But, as ​@andewhite states, if you have only purchased a ‘one time’ add-on then you will not be charged again.


I think that you are getting these ‘just in case’ text messages to remind you to renew you if you still require the add-on rather than ‘you will be charged as it is ongoing’.

The travel data add-on is a one time purchase, ​@jsimpsontarling.

Have you checked your bank account for any unexpected transactions from iD?

Thanks - I’m reassured that I’m not getting charged, but i am still getting a daily text message saying exactly the same thing - about it expiring ‘tomorrow’! how do i switch it off??

Regarding the reminder texts, unfortunately we’re not able to turn them off. However, we can investigate the frequency, as receiving them every day can definitely be annoying.
