    Hi @jsimpsontarling

The best way to stop any unexpected costs is to set your bill cap to the £ of your monthly plan.
    To do this:-

But, as @andewhite states, if you have only purchased a ‘one time’ add-on then you will not be charged again.

I think that you are getting these ‘just in case’ text messages to remind you to renew you if you still require the add-on rather than ‘you will be charged as it is ongoing’.

    Hope this helps x

The travel data add-on is a one time purchase, @jsimpsontarling.

Have you checked your bank account for any unexpected transactions from iD?

Thanks - I’m reassured that I’m not getting charged, but i am still getting a daily text message saying exactly the same thing - about it expiring ‘tomorrow’! how do i switch it off??

    Hi @jsimpsontarling

Regarding the reminder texts, unfortunately we’re not able to turn them off. However, we can investigate the frequency, as receiving them every day can definitely be annoying.
