How do I add another sim to my account? I’m also paying for my mam’s monthly bill and need to add it to my account and switch her mobile number

Thank you for getting in touch.

You may follow these steps to add an additional plan to your account:

Kindly navigate to the 'Home' screen. Tap 'View your plans'. Tap 'Add new plan'.

Please note that the second plan can only be added to your account if you are the account holder for both plans.

I have the exact same problem. I keep getting "Oops something went wrong. Please try again". No matter what I use app or web I continually get the same message.

Hi Gemma M

Turns out when I went to our local town reception was better and a code was sent. I then went home installed the SIM in a phone and got another oops. I tried again for a new code and one eventually arrived. With this I was able to get into my account.
