UK line appears on my bill for £20.83 + vat what is this for?

This charge has appeaered to cover for a whole month before the upgade of the plan.

Previous plan was £6/mth inc vat, upgraded to £18/mth inc vat feels like i am being fined for taking an upgrade.

The current month is showing the correct figure £18

I understand the credit for 14 days and the prorata charge for 45days.

Hi there @Reme65, if you’ve changed plan recently, then your first bill after changing would be pro-rata’d, between the old and new cost of the contract. Please read more below:

Thanks,

Tyler

Tyler,

Yes i understand that and i can see the pro rata amount and it is correct to the number of days.

What i cannot find out is the additional £25 charge that only has a reference of ‘UK’ what is this for?

Can you answer this ?

Regards

Mark

Hi @Reme65, no problem. “UK” charges are for out of contract charges, such as extra calls, text or data usage, or for things such as premium calls/texts, MMS messages. Basically anything that’s extra usage outside your allowances or with out of contract charges that isn’t roaming abroad.

Thanks,

Tyler

So what is this charge of £25 for.

it has not been out of the uk, the data limit was set and not exceeded, thats why we upgraded to the new plan.

Can you please give me a breakdown of what the £25 applies to.

It looks like a charge applied for the day we upgraded, this makes no sense.

Hi there @Reme65, as mentioned, the UK charges would be for anything within the UK that’s an out of contract charge.
