Hi, i need to pay my bill 26.96, but when i put my card details in it says something went worng please try again, i have been trying so many times to pay for this, my bank is closed now so they can't help until tomorrow, can anyone explain why it is not working?, thanks.

I’m sorry to hear this, are your details in the iD Mobile app/website all matching that of your bank? Name, address etc
