If you've received a text saying:

"Your bank has notified us that your Direct Debit has been amended..."

and you haven't made any changes yourself, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can check your Direct Debit details and investigate what's happened.

In the meantime, please don't click on any links in suspicious texts, emails, or messages, especially if you're unsure they're genuine. If you're ever in doubt, access your account directly through the iD Mobile website or app rather than using links in messages.

They'll be able to confirm whether any changes have been made to the Direct Debit and advise on any next steps.
