I currently have an outstanding balance shown on my ID mobile account even though I am up to date with all my payments. Due to this, I am unavailable to set up a direct debit. Can someone assist with this please?

In some cases, account information can be slightly delayed in updating, which may explain why you’re seeing an outstanding balance despite being up to date.
