Hello, My app details and the info I'm getting in emails dont match. I bought my phone 8th April and set up a new direct debit for the 1st which meant my bill details should be around the 18th. The app says my new payment date is the 1st, but then got an email saying something different. No payment has come out for 1st May which I expected it would. But I have no way of confirming its all set up correctly.
