I can’t access my account on the app, it’s brining one up from 3 years ago. I’ve tried paying my bill, as I’ve swapped banks and I can’t access the app correctly

If you're unable to access the correct account in the app, we'd recommend contacting our Live Chat team. They'll be able to help you regain access to your current iD Mobile account.

 

In the meantime, if you need to make a payment, you can do so manually by:

  • Calling 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777.
  • Dialling 7777 from your iD Mobile handset.
