Question

Asking for money

I've just tried making a phonecall but it says that I need to add more money. I'm on a contract with unlimited minutes?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble making calls.

     

    If you're on a plan with unlimited UK minutes, you shouldn't be charged for standard UK calls. However, if you're trying to call an out-of-plan number (such as a premium rate, international or certain service numbers), these aren't included in your allowance and you'll need a bill cap high enough to cover the cost.

    If you need to increase your bill cap:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    • Go to Bills.
    • Select Manage Bill Cap.
    • Increase it to an amount that covers the charge.
