Hi,
I was wondering why my bill for August was higher than normal? The basic rate is £10 with £2 VAT, but August said the basic rate was over £17 so including VAT it came to over £21.

You can check what extra charges have been added by downloading your August bill:-
Login to your account / select ‘Bills’ / Download the ‘August 2026’ bill.
Each bill has a breakdown of usage i.e.Texts, Calls and data.
You will find any ‘Out of Plan’ charges you can incur here:-

If you don’t wish to be surprised by a bill that is higher than expected then you can set a bill cap.
