balance outstanding on id mobile app even after paying

Hi! 
I’ve just attempted to try and set up a direct debit via the app but it says I’m unable to do so until an outstanding balance has been cleared.
 

I’ve noticed I’ve had an outstanding charge on my account for a few months now regardless of whether or not I pay my monthly bill so I believe this may be a glitch or error. I’ve paid the outstanding balance today in an attempt to fix this issue but despite that there are no changes visible on the app, meaning that I’ve paid two bills this month and am still unable to start up a direct debit as I originally intended. 
 

Any help in resolving this issue would be great, thank you so much! :)
