Bank Holiday PAC Transfer Timing

My minimum contract term ends on 30 August 2026. Due to bank holiday, I can only port number on 28th August or 1st of September. 28th would charge me early termination fee. But if my PAC ports my number to another network on 1 September 2026 because 31 August is a bank holiday, will I incur a month charge for starting the new month, or will I only be charged pro rata up to the date of porting?

As your minimum term ends on 30 August 2026, if your number ports out on 1 September 2026, you will be charged up to the date the service disconnects and the port completes. This means you may see charges generated beyond your minimum term date, and any applicable charges will be included on your final bill.

Please be advised that charges will apply until the port-out is completed, and your final bill will reflect the usage and line rental due up to the disconnection date.
