I’ve placed an order for myself for a new iPhone 17 order - everything went ok, I recieved an email confirming the iD order - I approved the payment via my bank app etc
My bank then sent me a text message about 10 minutes later saying they’ve stopped the payment due to “fraud” and asked me to call them - once I phoned they stated that I will have to place the order again as they have held the money
Could someone advise if I have the chance to pay it again or will I actually need to reorder? I don’t want to end up with 2 new contracts being taken out
