Hello im in Tunisia and i have been charging even if i use wifi from hotel whst should i do or press to be stopped charge

I’m sorry to hear you’re being charged while in Tunisia I understand how concerning that can be, especially when you’re mainly using hotel Wi-Fi.

 

Even when connected to WiFi, your phone can still briefly connect to the local mobile network in the background (for things like app updates or syncing), which can result in roaming charges.

 

To prevent any further charges, we strongly recommend setting your Bill Cap to £0. This will stop any out-of-plan usage completely. You can do this in the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app
  2. Go to My Account
  3. Select Bill Cap
  4. Set the limit to £0 and confirm the change
