been charged twice despite paying last month ?

I paid my bill last month for £69 now i am seeing £112 and junes statement gone and not showing ? I dont understand this is not what i signed up for and i do not like companies doing what they like ! Fix whatever problem you have with app show all the dates and payments that were made !
