being charged to much

hi im on the £6 plan and apparently im going to be charged £11.93 next month i know ive purchased £1 worth of data but this is still a bit high as i moved to yourselves to save money, when i was with my other suppler i had no issue with the amount of data i used and i certainly never went over 4 gigs. thanks for your help in this matter

To determine why you have been charged the extra money you will need to review the bill that covers this billing period and that will show details of the individual charges.

If you still have trouble then your best option is to contact an advisor via Live Chat  (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.
