Being overcharged for text messages

On viewing my first ID Mobile monthly bill I have noticed that the breakdown has listed a section for SMS Messages and it has so far charged me just over £3, but I pay for a monthly line rental of £22.99 which covers line rental, Data and systems Messages all of which is unlimited, so I am struggling to make sense of what I'm so far being billed for as far as text massages are concerned with my cover being unlimited? Does anyone have an idea of how and why I have a charge for text messages on an unlimited package?

I’m sorry to hear you’ve noticed an unexpected £3 charge on your bill.

Although iD Mobile Pay Monthly plans include unlimited standard UK texts, there are certain services that aren’t included within your allowances and can result in additional charges. These can include premium-rate or shortcode messages, MMS messages and other out-of-plan services.

Your bill should provide a breakdown of the usage that resulted in the £3 charge, so we’d recommend checking the itemised section to see exactly what service or number the charge relates to.
