Bill

Hi. My first payment is due next month, but I’m not happy with the day of the month it’s scheduled for. Can I change the payment date to the first day of the month?

Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

 

I am so sorry that you are not happy with the pay day of the month. Please change the direct debit on the iD Mobile App. 

 

  • Go to Bills and tap Payments.
  • Select Change payment date.
  • Read the on-screen terms, confirm, and tap Next.
  • Pick your new date and tap Save.
