Hello, 

I have flown to Tunisia and had my phone on flight mode, when I knocked WIFI on, I had messages saying I was being charged £45. 
this is clearly a mistake as my two contracts have been charged upto £76 when I have not used data roaming on either phone. It also says I have been charged between 1/09-25/09 when I arrived on the 25th this month and have not used either phone. 
this is very concerning as I will have a bill of roughly £160 when I have not used it.

please can you support with this concern.
