My phone bill should be £21.49 each month however the last 4-5 months it’s been coming out at nearly £45.
The top part says monthly recurring charge with the date

and underneath says uk with the month before with a charge on it (which is more than the recurring charge) it’s doing this every month so would seem I am paying each month twice? Also at the bottom of bill it’s charging me for internet usage - I’m always on wifi and my bill includes 5gb. So no way I can go over.

There must either be a glitch in their billing department or you were using your internet allowance when you thought you were on WiFi, I suggest you go and speak to someone in your local Curry's store, they should be able to assist you.

Hi @Karinawykes

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear about the concerns regarding your recent bills.

We understand that your monthly plan should be £21.49, but you have noticed charges of approximately £45 over the last 4 to 5 months. We can appreciate why this would be concerning, particularly if it appears that you are being charged twice or for services you do not believe you have used.

The bill may include charges from a previous billing period, out-of-bundle usage, or other account-related charges. However, we would need to review your account and billing history to confirm exactly what has been applied.

Please send us a private message via our socials (Facebook or Instagram).

Thank you,
