Where can I view a detailed breakdown of my bill?

Every month id e mail saying bill is available on line; you simply click on it to d/load in pdf format- simples.

Alternatively logging in on a PC/Pad navigate to ACCOUNT, and bills all shown there.

Hi @Exrm193,

You can view a detailed breakdown of your bill by downloading your invoice through the iD Mobile app or your online account.

Simply go to Bills, select the bill you'd like to view, and download the invoice. This will show a full breakdown of your charges.
