only use my phone for data. I have a 50gb plan that with last months roll over has 67gb left . Why am I getting the txt below warning me about my bill cap. I haven't made any calls or texts.

You'll still be able to use any remaining allowances or add-ons. You can keep an eye on what you're using with the iD Mobile app or on My Account online."

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unless you’ve done any roaming, or receiving any premium rate text messages, it sounds like this SMS was sent in error, apologies. As you’ve been doing, the best way to track your Data Allowances is in the iD Mobile app or MyAccount Online.
