Hi

Why today auto debit my bank account £24.33? 
Already auto debit my bank account at 15th July £7 and 12th June £7 . My plan service stating at May 2025 please check it and let me know why ?and refund over charges part.  It’s impossible. Thanks

So to confirm, you were charged £7.00 in June and July, and now being charged £24.33 in August?

 

Have you recently changed your direct debit date or plan? Or have you used any out of contract charges at all?

June and July are charged @£7. August charged me £24.33

I haven’t change direct debit date, and not used out of contract charges at all. You can check my account details.

Hi there ​@joeyng611230, for the bill to increase, this must mean that out of contract charges, such as roaming, MMS messages, premium texts/calls or extra calls/texts/data usage has occured, if you haven’t changed plan or direct debit date recently.

 

Have you logged into the iD Mobile app/website and checked your bill, as it should state why it’s been increased?

Yes I have checked it already. My service plan starting at May 2025 your debit my account at June and July @£7 already. Why August debit my account £24.33. ( this amount is 3 months charges) I am very confused.
