bill date change - direct debit

For some reason after a complaint my bill date has changed and the app suggested no direct debit for Jan. Useless customer service told me I paid on the 11th which I didn't. No direct debit was taken since December. And looks like it won't until Feb . How do I resolve this so I don't get a missed payment

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with your billing, it may be that the payment has already been made or that there is a credit on the account. It would be best to get in touch with one of our customer service agents to get the issue confirmed and sorted out.

I have done that there was a £130 refund that credited my account before being paid to my bank which hasn't yet happened. I'm concerned it's going to show as paid when it really hasn't
