bill date incorrect. i want it to start today

Hi.

when I signed up, I wanted the new sim to start when I got back from my holiday. I’ve already had a bill that has started before I got home. 
I want the bill to start today. 23/11/2025.

If this can’t be done, can you send me the number to get my PAC code.

You can change the direct debit date in your app, to the date you’d like your bill to come out on. 

If your contract has already started, then you can contact us via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk so that we can have a look into your account and query.
