A few months ago in may i had a discrepancy on my bill and this was sorted out via the live chat and around £60 was credited to my account. However, in the following month, i was charged around £32 in June, more than the cost of my plan without out of plan usage.
For a few weeks after the issue was sorted it was showing up on my idmobile app that there was credit present so i dont understand how i was charged in June and also how i have generated a bill for the current month when the credit that was applied to my account should have been enough to cover around 3 months of payments.
Can this be looked into and sorted out and the money sent back to my back account. My chats with an online agent is on your records and should confirm that the said credit was put into my account but this doesnt seem to be the case as i was charged for the next month.
