I received my first bill after my upgrade and the bill is £5 more a month than agreed on, how to I get in contact to sort this out. I only went with ID because they were the cheapest.

@caramcglone2001  This may be due to the cross over period of your upgrade so you my be paying on this first bill part of your previous bill and your new bill.

You should of received a confirmation of your new contract of what your paying per month and you would be paying your monthly plan bill any charges outside of you plan would be added on. 

 

You should of received a breakdown of your bill charges.
