bill over pay

Hello 

please help and contact me back URGENTLY…! 
I have been with ID for years and after my first contract I went sim only for a year. I recently upgraded to the IPhone 17pro and my bill which I agreed and also shows on my account is to be £44.99 so why was I charged £54.76? My upcoming standard direct debits also show on my account the amount of £54.76 to be deducted on the 9th November. This was not the agreed amount and I was a refund or the amount of £9.77 to be deducted from the November bill and the upcoming bills to be changed to £44.99 as agreed.
