Bill payment missed, willing to pay.

Hi I missed my phone bill from today’s date 09/07/26 I believe live chat have said to me I can pay both payments on the next bill payment but I had a message saying u will try in 5days is it still possible to have longer paying this bill this month I need until 17th kind regards adam
