my plan is £8 pm yet my next bill is showing £13. when i look at the breakdown it shows an additional 10p but nothing else. it also also states ive used all my data which I haven’t. i am in peru but have a separate esim and data roaming for id mobile is turned off. i don’t understand my bill!
