Hi, I have a SIM only contract that is supposed to be £8 a month.
On the first bill just received, it has a " monthly recurring charge" for part of October and November of £6.37, plus a "UK" charge of £15 for 05/10 to 26/10, all plus VAT. Please can you explain what the UK charge is??
I have not used anywhere near my allowances
