Paid for a roaming add-on in Turkey that didn't work I've highlighted the problem on here already and now the bill has arrived with the roaming charge on it I'm not happy paying for a service that didn't work please have customer service contact me regarding this.

    Still no resolution to this customer service is poor to say the least. I reported this issue a month ago while I was in Turkey to now face a bill for a service that was virtually useless !!!
