It may be that the previous plan was not disconnected. Please note that, in line with our Terms and Conditions, monthly charges will continue until the account is cancelled, upgraded, or disconnected correctly.

 

If no cancellation, upgrade, or disconnection request was completed, billing would continue as normal.
