Billed twice a month since september

I upgraded my contract last year and have been billed twice every month, one for the old contract and another for the upgraded contract.

I've had confirmation of the upgraded contract, but this does not show on my account at all.

That is almost £190 I have paid, please can someone help sort this problem.
