I need help. My bill on the ID Mobile App says this months bill has been paid. But I know it hasn’t as the money hasn’t come out of my account. The money was meant to come out 2 days ago by direct debit but it hasn’t yet come out. I don’t know what to do

A Direct Debit payment will typically take 3 working days to clear and show on your bank account. This means that if you initiate a Direct Debit payment on a Monday, it will likely show up on your account statement by Thursday. Payments are not made on weekends or bank holidays.

The best place to check first is your latest bill breakdown in the iD Mobile app or online account and compare it with a previous bill. Increases are usually due to things like out-of-plan usage, roaming charges, premium services, or a recent plan change.
