I need help. My bill on the ID Mobile App says this months bill has been paid. But I know it hasn’t as the money hasn’t come out of my account. The money was meant to come out 2 days ago by direct debit but it hasn’t yet come out. I don’t know what to do

Hi
A Direct Debit payment will typically take 3 working days to clear and show on your bank account. This means that if you initiate a Direct Debit payment on a Monday, it will likely show up on your account statement by Thursday. Payments are not made on weekends or bank holidays.
