Im just wondering im a whole bill infront on my contract I paid my bill on 6/3 but then on 16/3 they took another payment  why is this ??? Im new to id so I don't know what's going on

We understand how confusing this can be, especially when you’re new to the service.

 

In most cases, a second payment taken shortly after your monthly bill date can happen for one of the following reasons:

 

Your account may have been set up partway through a billing cycle, meaning your first bill included a partial month plus your first full month in advance.
The payment on 16/03 may be a correction or catch-up payment if the first payment did not fully cover the balance due at the time.
It could also relate to a different billing period or an additional charge that was applied after your initial payment on 06/03.

 

We appreciate this doesn’t look clear from your side, and we’d be happy to check your account in detail to confirm exactly what the second payment was for and ensure everything is correct. Please send us a private message so that we can have a look into your account.

Yes this was helpful I don’t think its anything to do with a first bill as its five bills in  I shall contact them
